I clean this sink every week and it still had a smell I couldn't place. Turned out to be the overflow hole. Never even knew that thing needed cleaning.

Sprayed it in, walked away for half an hour, came back and rinsed. What came out was not something I want to think about again.

Bought it for a slow bathroom drain. Water goes down properly now instead of sitting there for a minute.

Was worried about using anything harsh on old pipes in a rental. This one says non-corrosive on PVC and metal, and nothing looked any different afterwards.

The foam is the thing. Liquid cleaners just run straight down. This stays put and works on the walls of the pipe.

Used it in the kitchen sink after months of grease buildup. Draining like it did the day we moved in.

Do this before your landlord does the final walkthrough. Seriously.

No scrubbing, no plunger, no calling anyone. Thirty seconds of actual work and then you leave it alone.

One can has done my bathroom sink, the kitchen sink and the shower drain and there's still plenty left.

Foam, not liquid

Liquid runs straight down and out. Foam expands and holds against the pipe wall where the buildup actually is.

Reaches the overflow

Pressure pushes foam up through the overflow channel — the part no brush or sponge has ever touched.

Kind to pipes

Non-corrosive on PVC and metal. Safe to use as regular maintenance, not just in an emergency.

Works on the smell

The odor comes from what's coating the inside of the pipe. Remove the coating and the smell goes with it.

You clean the bowl. Nobody cleans the pipe.

A thick pink foam that expands through the whole trap — including the overflow hole a sponge can't reach. It clears hair, grease and soap scum, and takes the smell with it.

Every basin has a small hole near the rim. It's the overflow, and it drains into the same trap as everything else — toothpaste, hair, shaving foam, soap. It never dries out, and nothing you own can physically reach inside it.

That's usually where the smell is coming from. Not the bowl you scrub every week.

If your bathroom smells and you can't find the source, you're probably standing right next to it.

Three steps, thirty minutes,
no scrubbing.

Most of that time is the foam working on its own. You're hands-on for under a minute.

Text

1. Shake and spray

Shake for about ten seconds. Lift out the drain stopper, turn the nozzle to open, press the can straight down into the drain and hold for three to seven seconds — until foam appears at the overflow hole.
About 30 seconds

2. Walk away

Don't rinse. The foam holds its shape against the pipe wall and keeps working on hair, grease and soap deposits while it sits there.

30 minutes, hands off

Text

3. Rinse it through

Run the tap hard for a minute and watch what comes out. Turn the nozzle back to off and store the can upright.

About 1 minute

Slow drain, gone in half an hour

Water standing in the basin usually isn't a full blockage — it's a narrowed pipe. Years of buildup on the pipe wall leaves less and less room for water to move.

  • Breaks down hair, grease, oil and soap scum
  • Restores flow without a plunger or a snake
  • Works on partial clogs before they become full ones

Strips the pipe wall, not the pipe

The foam lifts the greasy film that's been building on the inside of the pipe for years. That film is what catches the next piece of hair — clear it and clogs stop coming back as fast.

  • Non-corrosive on PVC and metal pipes
  • Safe for repeat use as monthly maintenance
  • Won't damage the inner wall or shorten pipe life

The smell has a cause

Drain odor isn't the water. It's bacteria feeding on the organic layer coating the trap and the overflow channel. Remove that layer and there's nothing left to smell.

  • Deals with the source instead of covering it
  • Reaches the overflow channel, where damp never dries
  • Leaves a light clean scent, not a perfume

One can, most of the drains in the house.

The nozzle seats into any standard household drain opening

The overflow hole makes these the worst offender for smell.

Grease and food residue, the most common cause of slow flow.

Hair and conditioner buildup sitting in the trap.

Laundry rooms, basements and utility spaces that rarely get looked at.

Before you use it

  - Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  - Never mix with bleach, ammonia or another drain product. Combining drain chemicals can react violently.

  - Wear gloves and keep the room ventilated. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

  - If it contacts skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation continues.

  - For household waste pipes only. Not for use on a fully blocked pipe holding standing water — clear the standing water first.

  - Store upright with the nozzle in the off position to prevent leaking.

Questions people ask

  • It's the small opening near the top rim of the basin, designed to stop the sink flooding if the tap is left running. It connects to the same drain pipe underneath. Because it's a narrow channel that stays damp and never gets cleaned, it collects a layer of buildup — and that's frequently what people are smelling when the basin itself looks spotless.

  • The formula is non-corrosive on PVC and metal household waste pipes, which is why it's suitable as regular maintenance rather than an emergency-only product. If you have older or unusual pipework — lead, or anything you're unsure about — check with a plumber first.

  • Once a month for a drain that's already flowing well. If you're dealing with a slow drain or a persistent smell, run it once a week for the first three weeks, then drop to monthly. Buildup returns gradually, so the point is to stay ahead of it rather than react to it.

  • It works on partial clogs and slow drainage. If the basin is holding standing water that won't move at all, clear the standing water first — the foam needs an open path to expand into. A fully solid blockage may need a plunger or a plumber.

  • If you're on a septic tank, check with your septic service before using any drain product, including this one. Every system is different and yours is worth a phone call.

  • Each treatment uses three to seven seconds of spray, so a 500 ml can gives you roughly eight to ten treatments. Used monthly on a single sink, that's most of a year.
