No. It's an application device, so you fill it with your own solution. That means you choose exactly what you spray: alcohol, disinfectant, cleaner, or fragrance.
The sprayer itself is only a mister. Safety depends on the solution you put in it. Many parents use hypochlorous acid (HOCl) for kids' and pet areas. Always follow your solution's label, and keep kids and pets out of the room while you spray.
Yes, 70% alcohol works well. Alcohol mist is flammable, so never spray near open flames, lit candles, a hot stove or a lit cigarette, and keep the room ventilated.
Yes, a light pass over remotes, keyboards and phone cases works well because the mist is fine and dries fast. Never spray directly into ports, outlets or openings.
